1 lb of Rigatoni pasta;
2 tablespoons of olive oil;
1 lb of chicken or pork meet;
some chopped garlic;
a pinch of salt and black pepper;
a can of crushed tomatoes;
some softened butter;
1 cup of Parmesan cheese;
1 cup of Mozzarella cheese;

The recipe doesn't require intense work but an amount of care. First, boil the Rigatoni for a couple of minutes less than the time recommended on the pack. Drain and pour one spoon of olive oil over them. Meanwhile cooking the meat (with a tablespoon of oil as well) together with the garlic, salt and pepper for 5 minutes.
